Alert message sent 24/07/2018 11:19:00

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

Good morning. Message from PCSO Pete Davies of the Carholme police team. There has been a burglary at an address on Carholme Road. This occurred sometime between Sunday 15/07/2018 and 22/07/2018 whilst the owners were away on holiday. Access was gained via an insecure first floor bedroom window using a ladder which was nearby. £300 to £400 worth of jewellery has been stolen. If anyone thinks they may have information relating to this crime can they contact the police on 101 quoting Inc No 275 of 22/07/2018. Please remember to remain vigilant even in this time of extreme hot weather. We see an open window as a means to letting fresh air in, but there are others who view it entirely differently. thanks.
