Burglaries Saxilby and Kexby - theft of Land Rover Newton on Trent

Hello from Gainsborough Rural South

Incident 31-08/08/18 relates to a burglary on Church road, Saxilby, This was by a snaplock entry whilst residents away on holiday, jewellery has been stolen.

Incident 300 -08/09/18 concerns an unoccupied house in Kexby, an alarm was activated alerting neighbour who found a window and door open.

Incident 29-04/09/18 A Land Rover Defender in Burgundy J49 OVS was stolen from a drive in Newton on Trent, it had four big spotlights on the front and a metal roof rack believed it was in convoy with a white van,

Incident 254- 30/08/18 Manor Road, Saxilby, an unoccupied house was entered and jewellery had been stolen.

If you are able to assist us with any of these incidents please ring 101 and  quote the relevant incident number.  In the meantime please be vigilant if you know your neighbours are away or the house is empty near to you, please report any suspicious activity. If you have a key to the property ensure the post is regularly removed and check doors are secure.
