Alert message sent 06/10/2018 13:24:00

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

At approximately 1800 hours last night, 5th October, a report was made by a member of the public with concerns of the erratic manner of driving used by a male in a black '04' plated Renault Clio in the village of Tetney.  Full registration details were provided and further concerns were raised as it was considered that the vehicle was also being driven with no insurance and an expired vehicle excise licence and MOT.

Police officers saw the vehicle being driven a short time later where it was followed to an address in Marshchapel.  This vehicle was subsequently seized by police for it being suspected of being driven on a road with no insurance.

Enquires are continuing but if you saw this vehicle being driven last night between the villages of Marshchapel and Tetney in a manner that concerned you please call 101 and quote incident 417, 5/10/18.  Thank you.
