Automated Voicemail Message
Lincolnshire Police have been made aware of a telephone fraud whereby victims receive an automated voicemail message which purports to be from British Telecoms (BT). The message states that your BT Broadband expires today and then provides instructions to follow to avoid this happening. This is fraud. Do not follow the instructions. Do not provide personal or banking details. This can be reported to Action Fraud on 03000 123 2040 or online at www.actionfraud.police.uk   
 

For police support please call 101 or 999 in an emergency.
