Shed Breaks

Alert message sent 09/12/2019 17:53:00

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

Good evening. This is a Lincs Alert message from PCSO Jane Gardner from Holbeach Town and Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team.

You may recall I put out a message last week in relation to a suspicious male and a theft from a shed in Holbeach.   We have received a report of another break into a shed in Maple Grove in Holbeach where the thief got away with a 'Fly' Subwoofer speaker in grey. This was thought to have occured around 4am yesterday morning (8th). Inc 220 08/12/19 refers.

Today we have received a report of an attempt theft from two sheds in Cecil Pywell Avenue also in Holbeach.  One shed was well secured and entry wasn't gained. The other shed was insecure but was pretty much empty anyway so nothing lost.

These two events are thought to have happened overnight 7th/8th December.  Earlier in the day two youths were seen acting suspiciously near to the sheds.  The youths were thought to be 15/16 years of age. One approximately 6' tall wearing dark clothing and had a fluffy mop of fair hair.  The other one was described at under 5ft wearing a red jacket and he kept pacing the floor and was looking through the gap in the doors of one of the sheds.  Inc 143 09/12/19 refers.

If anyone has any information which may assist us in our investigations please call in on the 101 and quote the relevant incidents numbers.

Thank you.
